What is Elemental Nights?
Elemental Nights is an exclusive curated concert series showcasing an impressive international line-up alongside beloved Aotearoa acts. The 2023 series includes the return of UK rock band IDLES, Mercury Prize nominated rapper Loyle Carner, Swedish pop superstar Tove Lo, and Bic Runga presenting the 20th anniversary of her album ‘Beautiful Collision’. The midwinter festival transforms Tāmaki Makaurau’s most iconic venues into temporary works of art, giving you a chance to experience a line-up of world class entertainment right on your doorstep. Elemental Nights is delivered by Live Nation, and Elemental AKL is delivered by Auckland Unlimited, Auckland’s economic and cultural agency.

When should I arrive at the show?
We recommend you arrive as close to the door opening time as you can, so you have time to get a refreshment and get settled in. You can find the door opening time on your ticket or on the Elemental Nights website.
Will food and beverage be available?
A range of food and beverage will be available in the venues. There will be water stations in the venue and we encourage people to bring their own reusable (empty) water bottles for filling.
Are the shows seated or standing?
It varies. Some shows will have allocated seating and some are general admission standing. You can find this information when you buy your ticket or on the Elemental website.
Can I take photos and videos?
You are more than welcome to take photos and videos, so long as you don’t use flash and are considerate of those around you.

You can buy tickets here on the Elemental Nights website. We advise you to buy tickets in advance to avoid missing out!
What are the age restrictions for Elemental Nights shows?
All shows at Elemental Nights are all ages. Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a caregiver who attends the event with the child.

How do I get to and from the show?
We encourage everyone to use public transport to get to and from the show. There are multiple bus stops near Spark Arena and Town Hall, and it’s approximately 15 mins walk to each venue from Britomart Station. Visit Auckland Transport to plan your journey.
If you need to drive please be aware there is very limited street parking available around the venues. For suggestions on parking garages see Spark Arena or Town Hall website.
